1. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Firesias is an educational planning and projection tool. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney. Nothing in the app constitutes a personalized investment recommendation, and all projections, tax estimates, and simulation results are estimates based on assumptions you enter — not guarantees of future results. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping access to that email/account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Firesias.

3. Your data

The financial information you enter (income, accounts, expenses, debts, and similar) belongs to you. You can permanently delete it at any time via Settings → "Reset all data." See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and used.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Firesias to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to access another user's account or data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

5. No warranty

Firesias is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data (stock quotes, economic indicators) is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firesias and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its projections.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
